Sheetrock and plaster repair
I fix holes in plaster or drywall. Sometimes it requires cutting out sheetrock and patching with new.
Large sheetrock patching requires several steps, with taping and 3-4 coats of sheetrock mud with dry time.
Patching dents and dings
I make sure all dents and dings are patched for the best possible smooth finish. On orange peel walls, I apply spray texture to match.

Graffitti Removal
Nothing degrades a neighborhood or your professional image like graffiti.
Corporate policy is to remove the graffiti immediately. I recommend removal followed by repainting. I also recommend sealing brick or other porous surfaces in areas prone to graffiti to resist graffiti and make it easier to remove the next time.
Cracks and Settlement Repairs
Some hairline cracks can be aesthetically filled with caulk. Bigger cracks require being cut open and repaired correctly with hot mud and taping.
Caulking and Sealing
I caulk baseboard, door frames, and window trim to walls for a clean polished look.
Skimcoating and Acoustical Texture
I skimcoat and prime damaged walls, or coat for a smooth finish to eliminate orange peel texture. Alternatively, I can apply acoustical texture to match existing for very large or small patches.
Scraping Peeling Paint and Priming
I scape all loose and unbonded unleaded paint, apply appropriate primer, then apply finish paint. It's much cheaper to paint regularly then wait until it peels as scraping and priming add costs to your project. Also, water seeps into areas where peeling occurs and could cause damage below the surface.
Reconstruction of Rotted Wood
I pry out all rotting wood and apply hardening agents. Then I patch with molded epoxy, sand, and paint.
Trim Finishing
Installation of MDF baseboard and all trim. May require puttying, priming, and caulking. Trim finishing is the detail work that makes a big difference to give a polished look.
Matching unique finishes for damaged walls
I am able to to correctly match the materials and the color on unique wall finishes, or hand duplicate stencil patterns to create a seamless appearance for clients.
Wallpaper Removal
Removing wallpaper and cleaning the walls and baseboard of glue residue. Usually damages wall in process, so if requested, to be followed by skim coating the walls with sheetrock mud to a perfect flat finish.
Carpet Removal & Hauling
Remove old carpet and roll up into bundles, pull out all tack strips, vacuum floors, haul old carpet to dump. Might require removal of baseboard and re-install, touch up caulk and paint bottom area.
